Jacob LeBlanc has emerged as a dependable left-handed weapon for Northwestern State
In the 2026 season, LeBlanc has given Northwestern State real bullpen-to-start flexibility, posting a 4-2 record and 3.09 ERA across 17 appearances while holding opponents scoreless in nine outings. He’s not flashy, but he’s tough, composed, and has shown he can miss bats when it matters, including a career-high-tying four strikeouts in a shutout relief win over UTRGV. The biggest plus: he competes, throws strikes, and gives the Demons quality left-handed innings with strong academic character to match.
