Southern Utah LB with the right frame for a role fit
Steve Welsh is listed by ESPN as a linebacker for Southern Utah, but the public results available here do not include current game-by-game college production or advanced defensive stats, so his fit has to be judged more cautiously than a fully tracked prospect. Based on the roster listing alone, he is worth monitoring as a true defensive front-seven piece; to know whether he is a fit for your team, you’d want verified snaps, tackle counts, coverage work, and special-teams usage before projecting impact.
