steady veteran guard with proven efficiency and low-ego value
Elijah Cupples is a 6-foot-2 guard from Harrisburg, N.C., whose most recent documented college season showed a compact, efficient role: in the 2022-23 season at Western Carolina, he played in seven games and scored 10 points in his WCU debut, finishing with 1.9 points, 0.6 rebounds, and 0.1 assists per game in available college stats. His appeal is not empty flash; it’s size, experience, and a willingness to fill a small but useful role without forcing offense. If a team wants a dependable guard who understands spacing, accepts coaching, and can quietly help stabilize a bench unit, Cupples is the kind of low-drama pickup that keeps a roster from getting wobbly.
