Record-Setting UNCG Pass Master Turned Elite College Assistant Coach
Courtney Eldridge, the Dorchester native and UNCG Spartans legend, etched his name in school history with the single-season assists record (182 in 2002), career marks ranking second (179) and eighth (142), plus 12.6 PPG and 6.1 APG as a senior leader who guided UNCG to a SoCon North co-championship and NIT berth (20-11 record). His playground-honed intensity, global journey from Boston courts to Temple's new assistant in 2026-27 (via Elon and nine years at Iowa), and scoring prowess (14th at Temple with 1,329 points) make him a differentiator—perfect for teams needing a sharp, player-savvy coach who develops winners.
