veteran ULM floor general who turns offense into organization
In the 2026 season, Coppola stands out as a steady senior guard who can run an offense, protect the ball, and set teammates up with efficiency; ULM lists him at 10.9 points and 5.0 assists per game through its opening seven games, and he has been highlighted as the team’s assist leader with 35 dimes. He has a reputation for smart play and tough minutes rather than flash—exactly the kind of glue guy coaches trust when they want structure, poise, and a low-drama fit in the backcourt.
