Ryne Palmer is giving CBU steady veteran innings with real strikeout feel
In the 2026 season, California Baptist right-hander Ryne Palmer has worked as a reliable senior arm, posting a 4.65 ERA with 57 strikeouts and a 5-3 record, including a standout five-inning win in May that helped show his competitiveness in conference play. He’s a big, durable 6-4, 200-pound righty with legit pitchability and a history of handling different roles, which makes him useful to a staff that values flexibility and poise. If you want an experienced, strike-throwing starter/reliever type who has already proven he can compete at the Division I level, he’s a strong fit.
