Alan Singletary brings burst and value as a multi-purpose back for Morgan State
As a Morgan State running back, Alan Singletary’s calling card is versatility: in 2009 he logged 59 rushing yards on 18 carries, but also added return value with 20.8 yards per kickoff return and ranked third on the team in all-purpose yards. He was known as a kick-return specialist coming out of high school, which suggests open-field quickness and a useful playmaking niche beyond standard rushing totals. For a team, that makes him a fit if you need a back who can contribute on special teams and create hidden yards, not just grind between the tackles.
