Marshall WR with Untapped Speed from a Bygone Era
Jazz King, a speedy wide receiver from Duncan, SC, who enrolled at Marshall in 2010, posted modest career stats including 22 receptions for 280 yards and 4 TDs (12.7 avg), highlighted by a 5-catch, 151-yard, 2-TD freshman outing vs. East Carolina in 2011; no recent data links him to North Carolina Central Eagles, suggesting he's likely no longer active in college play as of 2026. His differentiator is raw athleticism from James F. Byrnes High School recruiting buzz, but limited production and age raise transfer/NIL fit concerns—worth a flyer for teams needing depth speed, not starters.
