a 6'10" rim big whose value is size, efficiency, and low-usage reliability
In the 2025-26 season, Ben Knox projects as a classic North Texas center: a 6'10", 215-pound interior presence who brings size, rebounding, and efficient finishing more than high-volume scoring. His listed profile and season stat line point to modest production, but that usually signals a role player who can screen, protect the paint, and keep possessions alive without needing touches. If your team wants a sturdy, low-drama big who fits a structured system, Knox looks like a sensible fit; if you need a shot-creating post scorer, this probably isn’t your guy.
