Terrence Winston is Norfolk State’s steady, high-usage guard with a scorer’s touch
In the 2025-26 season, Terrence Winston averaged 16.0 points, 3.5 assists, 1.8 rebounds and 1.4 steals while shooting 44.3% from the field and 35.6% from three across 26 games, giving Norfolk State a veteran backcourt engine[1]. He stands out for combo-guard polish, consistent shot creation, and a disruptive defensive edge that shows up in the steals column[1]. A Portsmouth native, Winston also carries a proven career scoring and playmaking résumé at Norfolk State, which makes him the kind of experienced, competitive guard coaches usually trust when the game tightens up[3][4].
