turnover-hunting safety with championship instincts
Alex Aitkens is a ball-aware safety who helped Sacred Heart’s defense create momentum, including an interception in the 2013 Northeast Conference title-clinching win over Robert Morris. He projects as a physical, opportunistic defender with strong instincts and a competitive edge—traits that matter when you want a safety who can read quarterbacks, finish plays, and bring veteran composure. The biggest draw is reliability in pressure moments: he showed up in leverage spots, which is exactly the kind of back-end presence coaches love.
