Colby Barker is emerging as a high-volume Merrimack righty with real durability
In the 2026 season, Colby Barker has been a steady rotation piece for Merrimack, posting a 3.97 ERA with a 10-3 record and 59 strikeouts, which points to a pitcher who can both work deep and help win games.[1] At 6-foot-5 and throwing right-handed, he brings a projectable frame that often translates to starter value, and Merrimack’s usage suggests the staff trusts him in meaningful innings.[3][4] If you want a dependable strike-thrower with proven run-prevention and room to keep climbing, he looks like a sensible fit.[1][3]
