Hampton's Dominant MEAC Forward from the Late 2000s Era
Chinyere Ukoh, a 6'3" forward for the Hampton Lady Pirates, earned All-MEAC honors in 2008-09 after leading her team with 7.6 rebounds per game in 2007-08 and averaging 12.5 points and 9 boards in standout weekly performances; her physical presence, efficient shooting (58% FG in key 2009 stretches), and rebounding prowess made her a championship-caliber post player who nurtured contenders—ideal for teams needing a tough, reliable interior force, though her college peak was over a decade ago with no recent pro or current stats available.
