Ball State CB David Moore: experienced slot corner with proven game-day versatility
David Moore gives Ball State a savvy, low-drama defensive back who has already handled meaningful snaps, including work as a slot corner on passing downs and one start in 2017. His value is more about trust and fit than splashy stats: at 5-10, 170, he brings compact coverage ability, short-area quickness, and the kind of situational reliability coaches lean on when they need a steady cover option. If you want a depth piece who understands leverage and can survive in nickel packages, he’s worth a look.
