A young UC Riverside guard to watch for two-way energy and upside
Acevedo looks like the kind of guard coaches value for pace, pressure, and developing floor game, but there is not enough reliable public stat or scouting coverage in the available sources to make a precise current-performance read. What stands out from the limited information is that he is on a UC Riverside roster with a position fit that typically prizes ballhandling, on-ball defense, and toughness; if he’s buying into those details, he could be a useful developmental add rather than a finished product.
