High-upside Cal tight end with recruiting pedigree and room to pop
Hunter’s appeal is his **pro-style tight end profile**: Cal listed him as a **top-4 tight end prospect in the West**, and his prep production included **10 catches for 390 yards and 4 TDs** plus verified athletic traits like a **4.53 shuttle** and **34-inch vertical**. That points to a player with movement skills, body control, and upside as a matchup weapon rather than just a blocker. Because publicly available recent college production is limited in the provided sources, he reads more like a traits-and-development bet than a proven stat-sheet star right now.
