Antoine Ford Brings a Team-First DB Mindset to Western Illinois
Ford’s clearest differentiator is not a headline stat line but a grounded, growth-oriented mindset: in a recent interview, he emphasized self-care, individuality, and being willing to forgive mistakes, traits that can matter in a defensive back who has to reset quickly after coverage snaps. That profile suggests a player who may fit best in a program valuing coachability, mental toughness, and steady development, though the available public information here is limited and does not include verified 2025–2026 on-field production or rankings.
