Alyssa Droge brings versatility and strike-throwing grit to the Roos’ circle
Droge is a junior right-handed pitcher for Kansas City who has logged meaningful innings in 2026, including a 4.1-inning start with three strikeouts against Wichita State and multiple relief outings against strong competition. Her profile is built on competitiveness and durability more than overpowering raw stuff: she keeps attacking the zone, can work in different roles, and has shown she can absorb traffic while limiting damage. That makes her a useful fit for a staff that needs a steady, adaptable arm who can compete in conference and nonconference games alike.
