Patriot League Freshman LB Standout from 2003 Fordham Rams
As a freshman linebacker for the Fordham Rams in 2003, Josh Jenrette earned Patriot League weekly award honors on Sept. 8 for his explosive tackling and sideline-to-sideline pursuit, showcasing elite instincts and motor that disrupted Towson and others; his recognition highlights rare freshman impact in a run-heavy conference, making him a high-upside, intense competitor ideal for teams needing versatile, high-energy defenders—though dated, his early accolades signal NFL scout potential if he progressed.
