Casey Coll is a depth tight end with special-teams value for Ball State
Casey Coll profiles as a dependable, physical TE who has primarily contributed in limited snaps and on special teams for Ball State, making him more of a role player than a featured receiving threat. In 2021, he appeared in four games, and ESPN lists him with 2 catches for 27 yards and no touchdowns, so his value is less about box-score production and more about toughness, willingness in the run game, and being coachable in a glue-piece role. That makes him a fit for teams wanting a steady, low-drama tight end who can help in multiple phases rather than a pure pass-catching mismatch.
