Jay Thompson brings trench size and instant physicality to Chattanooga's OL
Jay Thompson is a Chattanooga offensive lineman whose value starts with the basics that matter most up front: size, toughness, and trench-ready reliability. Chattanooga’s 2024 preview emphasized that the Mocs believe games are won or lost in the trenches, which makes OL depth and consistency a real priority for this program.[8] His fit is clear if your team wants a straightforward, physical blocker with a blue-collar profile rather than a flashy name—exactly the kind of line piece that can stabilize a rotation and compete in a run-first, protection-first environment.[8][1]
