Seth Lee is a low-usage Lobos righty with a high-variance arm
In the 2026 season, Seth Lee has mostly worked in relief for New Mexico, and the early numbers show a mixed profile: a few clean innings, but also some rough outings that have inflated his ERA and WHIP. His appeal is the arm talent and flexibility of a right-handed pitcher who can be used in multiple game states, but he looks more like a depth piece than a finished high-leverage stopper right now. For a team, the fit is better if you want bullpen innings and upside to develop than immediate lockdown reliability.
