Ryan Lambert brings plus arm speed, late-slider bite, and upside as a power reliever
Lambert is a right-handed pitcher whose calling card is impact velocity and a hard, glove-side slider; MLB Statcast notes he has touched 99 mph this season and reached 102 mph previously, while also leaning on an 85-88 mph breaking ball that can miss bats. In 2026, he has posted a 6.19 ERA with 25 strikeouts in 16.0 innings for Syracuse, so the stuff is still louder than the results. He profiles as a high-ceiling arm for teams that can sharpen command and harness his intensity.
