Lefty arm with pro pedigree, but current status is unclear
Ryan Higgins is a former Baltimore Orioles draftee who brings legitimate pro-level pedigree as a left-handed pitcher, but the latest available sources do not show him actively contributing for UC Riverside; MiLB lists him as released, and public stat pages do not provide a current college performance line. His value proposition is the kind teams usually chase in a lefty: pitchability, matchup flexibility, and upside from a draft-caliber arm, but any fit depends on whether he has rebounded from the release and is back to full game shape.
