Deon King was a relentless, production-heavy linebacker for Norfolk State
King stood out as a high-impact run stopper and pass rusher, finishing his Norfolk State career with 372 tackles, 52.5 tackles for loss, 22 sacks, and five fumble recoveries, numbers that signal a linebacker who consistently won with burst, instincts, and physicality rather than just volume. He is the kind of defender who can change downs with disruption, not just clean up plays, and that edge makes him appealing if you want an intense, assignment-sound linebacker who brings real backfield pressure.
