Two-Way Jaguars Guard With Senior-Season Grit
Marcellus Barksdale was a high-motor, two-way guard for IU Indianapolis whose game was built on versatility, toughness, and winning habits rather than flash. In his 2015-16 senior season, he averaged 8.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and led the team in steals with 50, finishing his career ranked among the program’s all-time leaders in steals, rebounds, assists, and games played. He stands out as a dependable, physical connector who can score, rebound, and disrupt possessions—exactly the kind of glue piece coaches love when they need edge, experience, and steady production.
