veteran, assignment-sound Air Force linebacker who earned his snaps the hard way
Will Trawick is a classic Air Force linebacker profile: disciplined, physical, and trustworthy in a scheme that rewards assignment football over flash. In the 2020 season, he recorded 19 solo tackles, 7 assists, 0.5 sacks, and 1 fumble recovery, and he broke into the lineup as an experienced senior who finally got his first career start. That kind of late-blooming path usually signals a player coaches trust, especially in a service-academy defense where toughness, consistency, and football IQ matter as much as raw measurables.
