Reliable Nevada kicker with college-ready leg strength
Steven Opella has been viewed as a high-upside specialist since high school, where Kicking World named him a 2018 All-America honoree after he went 10-of-11 on field goals and was praised for a college-ready leg and strong pressure performance. At Nevada, his value comes from the kind of traits coaches love in a kicker: leg strength, poise, and consistency under stress. If your team needs a dependable placekicker who can handle meaningful kicks and has shown the mental toughness to perform in-game, Opella is the type of fit worth attention.
