Productive Fordham DB with proven tackling range
Cooper Weiss brings reliable run support and steady production in the secondary, with Fordham listing 19 total tackles and 12 solo stops in his 2020-21 season, plus 0.5 tackles for loss. That profile suggests a DB who is active near the ball, willing to trigger downhill, and useful in schemes that value toughness and assignment discipline over flash. For a team, he looks like a fit if you want a physical, dependable defender who can help stabilize the back end and contribute without needing the spotlight.
