Victoria Perez brings defense-first playmaking and steady two-way impact for Yale
Perez stands out as a disruptive, high-motor forward whose game is built on steals, assists, and winning habits more than empty scoring; at her previous stop she earned RMAC Defensive Player of the Week after a nine-steal outing and finished 2024-25 with 52 steals and 85 assists, showing real two-way value[2][3]. The fit question is simple: if Yale wants a connector who competes hard, creates turnovers, and can influence games without dominating the ball, Perez is the kind of glue player coaches trust.
