Justice Foster brings NFL-style mass to VMI’s defensive front
In the 2025 season, VMI freshman defensive lineman Justice Foster logged 15 tackles with 13 solo stops, and at 6-foot-2, 295 pounds he already looks built to eat up blocks and win at the point of attack.[1][10] VMI’s own recruiting notes called him “an explosive player on the line,” and highlighted a serious power base—over 600-pound squats and 350-pound bench press—which explains why he projects as a disruptive run-stopper with upside if his first-step quickness keeps developing.[2][8]
