Brittney Hawks brings proven paint production and old-school toughness to WSU
Brittney Hawks is a true center with a strong inside game, a rebounding edge, and the kind of physical presence that changes the tone in the post. In the 2000-01 season, she averaged 20.4 points and 10.7 rebounds at College of Eastern Utah and later delivered double-doubles and a career-high 23 points for Washington State, showing she can be a go-to scorer when fed in the half court. What makes her interesting is the combo of size, aggression, and competitiveness—she’s the sort of frontcourt anchor coaches trust when the game gets messy.
