North Carolina A&T LB James Francis brings size, physicality, and steady downhill fit
James Francis projects as a linebacker worth watching for North Carolina A&T because the available roster data lists him at **6-2, 225**, a frame that fits an inside, physical run defender role, and he appears on the Aggies’ 2026 roster as a **redshirt junior**. Beyond stats, the main appeal is archetype fit: a bigger linebacker can help clean up interior gaps, take on blocks, and add toughness to a defense if he processes quickly and stays disciplined. Publicly available sources do not provide current 2026 production numbers, so the evaluation leans on roster profile rather than game stats.
