Depth-piece Ohio OL who brings steady program value
Cole Irland is an Ohio offensive lineman who, according to Ohio’s roster archives, did not appear in games across the 2018, 2019, and 2020 seasons, so there’s no recent on-field production to cite. What stands out instead is his persistence and roster value: he stayed with the program, earned MAC Honor Roll recognition, and was credited with both Fall and Spring AD Honor status, signaling a dependable, academically strong team member. If you’re looking for a proven game-ready starter, the current public record doesn’t show that yet; if you value developmental depth, culture fit, and reliability, he checks those boxes.
