Nicholls QB with almost no public stat trail
Whitaker is listed as a Nicholls quarterback, but the public stat trail is extremely thin: ESPN’s player page shows no recorded passing or rushing production, and current team stat pages feature other Nicholls QBs instead. That means the big differentiator is not a box-score profile but roster value and developmental upside—he appears to be a depth-chart or emerging depth piece rather than a proven game manager. For a team, that translates to a low-data, high-unknown evaluation: intriguing only if the film and practice reports say the arm talent, poise, and processing are there.
