Leon Jacobs brings rare versatility and proven Big Ten toughness
In the 2017 season, Leon Jacobs emerged as a do-it-all Wisconsin linebacker who finished with 85 tackles, 8 quarterback hurries, 3 interceptions, 3 sacks, and 0.5 tackles for loss, while also earning All-Big Ten honorable mention[2][10]. His calling card is versatility: he moved from linebacker to fullback and back again, then settled at outside linebacker, which speaks to a high football IQ and team-first mentality[2][12]. He also set an FBS record with 59 career games played, a durability edge that makes him appealing if you want a dependable, battle-tested defender with real versatility[1][2].
