Randy Hunter brings size and gap-control upside to FAU’s defensive front
Randy Hunter is a 6-foot-3, 260-pound redshirt sophomore defensive tackle at Florida Atlantic with proven college snaps from Villanova and FAU, including 30 tackles and 2 sacks in the 2006 ESPN stat line and 16 tackles with 2.5 tackles for loss as a freshman at Villanova. His best traits are size, interior physicality, and backfield disruption potential, making him a fit for teams that want a sturdy DL rotation piece rather than a pure pass-rush specialist. The main question is whether he can turn early disruption into consistent weekly production.
