Joel Mensah brings efficient two-way impact and elite rim protection
Mensah’s best calling card is his all-around production: in the 2022-23 season at Cal State San Marcos, he started 30 of 31 games, averaged 12.2 points and 7.6 rebounds, shot 57.4% from the field, and led the team with 22 blocks, earning All-CCAA second team honors.[1] He fits teams that want a physical guard/wing who rebounds, protects the rim, and finishes efficiently rather than just piling up usage. The main differentiator is his consistency and defensive activity, plus the feel of a player who impacts winning without needing to dominate the ball.[1]
