Senior QB depth piece with size and Texas prep pedigree
Louisiana-Monroe lists Ian McCoig as a 6-foot-2, 225-pound senior quarterback from Georgetown, Texas, giving him the frame to handle a physical college offense and the experience profile teams like in a steady QB room. Publicly available roster information confirms his position, size, class, and hometown, but not enough recent game production to project him as a proven on-field difference-maker yet. If you value developmental upside, quarterback room toughness, and a player with college-ready build, he is at least worth a closer look.
