Massive Tulane lineman with power potential
Rio Mares is a **6-foot-6, 350-pound offensive guard** who brings the kind of size and mass that can change the math up front, making him a developmental fit for teams that value power, anchor strength, and interior protection.[3] He is best viewed as a physically imposing trench prospect rather than a stat-sheet player, so the key question is whether his movement, hand use, and conditioning match his frame; at this stage, his appeal is the upside of a true mauler who can eventually help tilt the line of scrimmage.[3]
