Electric return man with proven big-play juice for Albany
Russell Neverdon’s best calling card is burst and reliability in space: in the 2015 season, he returned 9 kickoffs for 131 yards (14.6 per return) and added 2 punt returns for 14 yards, showing a useful spark as a field-position weapon for Albany[2][6]. Earlier, in the 2014 season, he handled 11 kickoffs for 180 yards (16.4 per return), reinforcing that his value has been built on quickness, vision, and toughness more than volume receiving stats[4]. If a team wants a compact, change-of-pace WR/returner who can flip hidden yards and bring energy, he’s a fit; the caveat is that the publicly available stats here don’t show him as a high-volume target, so his best role is as a versatile depth piece with special-teams upside[2][5].
