Faheem Muhammad brings veteran linebacker toughness to Sacramento State
Faheem Muhammad is a seasoned Sacramento State linebacker whose value shows up in the dirty work: in the 2008 season, he logged 14 total tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss, a solid indicator of gap discipline and run support from the second level. He looks like the kind of player coaches trust for assignment soundness, physicality, and steady effort rather than headline-grabbing flash. For a team seeking a tough, experienced LB who can help set the tone and stabilize the defense, Muhammad fits the mold.
