Depth CB with upside, but 2026 availability is in doubt
In the 2025 season, Caden Wilson was a freshman cornerback for Furman listed at 5-foot-10, 175 pounds, and projected as depth in the Paladins’ secondary; he also brings multi-sport athleticism and experience playing receiver, running back, corner, and return duties in high school. Furman’s 2026 preview says he will miss the year after a training accident, so the big question for any team is availability, not talent. If healthy, he looks like a competitive, versatile defensive back with developmental upside and special-teams utility.
