Tall Nebraska WR Walk-On with Untapped High School Pedigree
Bennett Folkers, a 6-3, 180-pound wide receiver from Gothenburg, NE, joined the Nebraska Cornhuskers as a 2020 walk-on after a stellar high school career, including 46 receptions for 886 yards and 14 TDs as a junior in 2016 and honorable-mention all-state honors in 2017. His length and proven big-play ability make him a intriguing developmental prospect for red-zone targets, though limited college snaps highlight his under-the-radar status—no major injuries noted. Care because he's a gritty local talent with frame to bulk up; ideal fit for teams needing raw, high-upside depth at WR.
