seasoned Dayton DB with veteran polish
Kevin Burns has been a long-time Dayton Flyers defensive back, with roster listings showing him as a DB from Libertyville, Illinois, and an ESPN player profile identifying him as a Dayton cornerback[1][2]. The available public data is mostly roster-level rather than recent on-field production, so the clearest takeaway is veteran experience and positional continuity rather than flashy stat-sheet output[1][2]. If you want a steady, experienced defensive back who fits a disciplined secondary, Burns profiles as the kind of player coaches tend to trust for reliability and football IQ[1][2].
