Oregon OL Matt McFadden: Big, Versatile Scout-Team Lineman With Power Upside
Matt McFadden is a 6-4, 300-pound offensive lineman on Oregon’s roster who also has a three-year background in shot put and discus, a good sign for lower-body power and leverage.[1] He is currently listed as part of the Ducks’ scout team, so the public record does not show game snaps or stat production yet.[1] For a team, the appeal is developmental upside: size, strength-building traits, and a multi-sport athletic base, but there is not enough verified evidence here to label him a proven rotational contributor yet.[1]
