Efficient, physical frontcourt force for Alcorn State
Shawntawnee Collins was a high-impact 6-foot-1 forward for Alcorn State, and her biggest calling card was efficiency: in the 2008 season she led the SWAC in field-goal percentage at 58.4% and ranked 11th nationally. She also brought steady rebounding and scoring punch, including a team-high 19 points against Idaho State in 2007 and 15 points in a later conference matchup, which tells you she could finish, battle, and tilt games inside. She looks like the kind of tough, low-drama frontcourt fit coaches love.
