a proven Army guard with leadership DNA and a team-first edge
Erin Jankowski’s publicly available Army West Point basketball profile is old, and the clearest verified on-court note is from the 2010-11 season, when she appeared in 17 games as a freshman and was described as a complementary guard. Her differentiators look bigger than box-score pop: a strong academic/leadership profile, West Point discipline, and the kind of role-player reliability coaches love. The data trail also shows she later served in a student-assistant role and earned her top Army branch choice, which hints at maturity, buy-in, and high trust. If you want a glue guard who brings structure and character, she fits the bill.
