Finnish Big Man with Pro Potential Beyond College Stats
Hannes Polla, the 6-11, 270-pound Finnish center, delivered solid bench production for UT Martin Skyhawks in 2020-21 (4.2 PTS, 2.8 REB in 15.2 MPG across 16 games) after a raw freshman year at Oklahoma (1.1 PPG in 2017-18), showcasing his massive frame, rebounding tenacity, and rim protection as a four-star recruit. Now 28 and thriving professionally in Finland's Korisliiga with Kataja, his physicality, international experience, and starter-level intensity make him a differentiator for teams needing a bruising, high-motor post presence—perfect fit if you value battle-tested size over flash.
