Jules King is a strikeout-heavy, low-walk lefty giving Marshall real top-of-the-rotation punch
In the 2025 season, Jules King emerged as a true difference-maker for Marshall with a 0.65 ERA through 21.2 innings, including a complete-game shutout with 11 strikeouts and no walks against Elon; she arrived from Tiffin after a standout freshman year that featured 183 strikeouts in 142 innings, a 2.65 ERA, and Second Team All-GMAC/All-Midwest Region honors. Her value goes beyond the box score: she profiles as a command-first pitcher who misses bats, limits freebies, and has already translated to stronger competition, making her a strong fit for teams that want poise, efficiency, and swing-and-miss upside in the circle.[1][3][6]
